How To Work With Us

The first step to working with us is to apply so our recruiters have your information on hand. Our recruiters meet each prospective talent in person and get to know candidates as individuals in order to identify the best all-around fit. We build relationships with a hand-selected talent pool from which to provide top talent to our clients. Should your skills and experience align with what our clients are currently looking for, we’ll call you for a phone screen and potentially an in-person interview in one of our local offices, which may include a portfolio review and taking our proprietary skills assessments depending on the position(s) sought. When an opportunity for which you are a match arises, we’ll contact you to facilitate introducing you to the employer and getting you started. In the meantime, we'll proactively market your skills to prospective employers and provide you with resources to aid in your search for work. Once on assignment, we offer an array of benefits, and we remain in regular contact to ensure your satisfaction.
