Creativity has taken on a new meaning in the business world, as more operations have become social and digital. Many different types of creative workers will be needed to fill these positions, which means that jobs in web design, graphic design, illustration and a variety of other fields will soon be available. While these types of positions are quite diverse, individuals who fill these spots often have similar character traits that are evident in their work. Here are seven habits commonly found in highly creative individuals.
1.) Creative individuals are observant. They immerse themselves in the industries they are employed in, and when a new market is introduced, they seek to learn as much as they can about the topic before they tackle the task at hand.

6.) While emotion can sometimes get in the way of creativity, it is a necessary part of the process. Professionals employed in creative industries need to be emotionally tied to their projects. They need to express themselves through their work. Creatives who do not fully invest in their work won't be successful.
7.) Creative workers are heavily involved and interested in their niche fields. Those who hold art direction jobs, for example, should actively read blogs and magazines about the latest news and trends in their fields. A successful creative understands that his or her craft regularly evolves and that it is important to keep abreast of changes.
Hiring top talent can help any business thrive. However, if they do not display these seven habits, they may not be the best fit for a creative project.
